Florida Atlantic University (FAU) is a member of Conference USA (C-USA) for basketball. However, in 2023, FAU announced that it would be transitioning to the American Athletic Conference (AAC), which it officially joined in July 2023 for all sports. This move includes FAU’s basketball program, so they now compete in the AAC for basketball.
