How to Delete Photos from Instagram Gallery
In today’s digital age, social media platforms like Instagram have become an integral part of our lives. We share moments, memories, and experiences with our friends and followers through photos and videos. However, there may come a time when you need to delete photos from your Instagram gallery. Whether it’s due to privacy concerns, accidental uploads, or simply wanting to declutter your profile, this article will guide you through the process of deleting photos from your Instagram gallery.
Step 1: Open Instagram and Go to Your Profile
The first step in deleting photos from your Instagram gallery is to open the Instagram app on your smartphone. Once you’re logged in, tap on the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your profile page, where you can view your posts, stories, and other information.
Step 2: Navigate to the Photos Section
After accessing your profile, you’ll see a grid of your latest posts. To view all your photos, tap on the “Photos” tab located at the top of the screen. This will display a list of all the photos you’ve uploaded to your Instagram gallery.

– If you want to delete multiple photos at once, you can select multiple photos by tapping on the photo you want to delete, then tapping on other photos while holding down the “Select” button. Once you’ve selected all the photos you want to delete, tap the “Delete” button in the upper right corner.
– Deleting a photo from your Instagram gallery will not delete the photo from your followers’ feeds or stories. However, they will no longer be able to view the photo in your profile.
– If you change your mind after deleting a photo, you can always undo the deletion by going to your Instagram settings and tapping “Recently Deleted.” The deleted photo will be available there for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
